Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is centered on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to explore, question, and apply knowledge. I believe that effective teaching combines clear explanation of concepts with practical examples that connect theory to real-life applications. I strive to encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and independent learning by using interactive methods and technology. Moreover, I view teaching as a continuous process of growth, where I learn from my students as much as they learn from me. My ultimate goal is to inspire students to become not only successful professionals, but also lifelong learners.
Research Philosophy
My research philosophy is primarily pragmatic, as I believe that knowledge can be generated through both quantitative and qualitative approaches depending on the research problem. I view reality as complex and multifaceted, which requires the use of multiple perspectives to achieve a deeper understanding. While I value objective data and statistical evidence, I also recognize the importance of human perceptions, experiences, and contextual factors. Therefore, my research approach seeks to combine empirical analysis with interpretive insights to provide practical and meaningful contributions.
